In her current role, Gemma's client base stretches across the industry, working with hedge funds, financial institutions, asset managers, corporates and asset owners, as well as regulators, vendors and clearing houses. Gemma has helped manage the expansion of the business since she joined HSBC in 2012 and held the position of Global Head of FX Prime Brokerage before her current role. He is working with advocacy groups, policy makers and regulators to follow market structure and industry challenges impacting the financial market industry. He is also leading innovation activities in the capital market space within ING and developing external partnership with Fintech companies. He actively contributes in industry working groups to represent ING Bank.
Stéphane joined ING in 2015 to lead the bank e-commerce initiatives across all financial market products and to develop the financial market group’s cross-asset ecommerce strategy. Before joining ING, he spent eight years at Société Générale, where he was Global Head of FIC eCommerce, creating an eCommerce business covering credit, rates, money market, emerging market and FX. Prior to this, Stéphane worked at JPMorgan Chase for ten years, serving in different roles in Global FX E-Commerce Business Management and cross-asset eCommerce technology and was based in London and New York.
Stéphane has a strong background in financial markets and understands the need for continued technological development to drive positive change in trading and market structure workflows. He is leading ING Financial Market innovation strategy and working on the implementation of financial regulations that will impact the clients trading activity and transform how trading floor operates.
Stéphane is also an advisor or board member for several Fintech initiatives and trading associations in Fixed income and FX. James was most recently the Head of Capital Markets at Capitolis, a financial technology firm. In this role he led a business focused on providing technology enabled funding solutions to a broad array of institutional market participants.
Previously he was the Chief Executive Officer of Currenex, a leading exchange wholly owned by State Street Global Markets. James joined in 2017 to lead that company's transformational efforts with oversight of all business operations. Prior to joining State Street, he served as Senior Managing Director, Head of Foreign Exchange and Macro Sales and Trading at Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., a privately held investment bank. A member of the firm’s senior operating committee his responsibility extended to capital management, technology initiatives and strategic investments among others. From 2009-2013 he was the Global Co-Head of FX and Derivatives Prime Brokerage at Morgan Stanley, a business launched within the Fixed Income division.
During his tenure he established and managed prime financing desks in New York, London, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Brazil.
James spent the first decade of his career at J.P. Morgan in various derivatives sales positions.

Prior to his current role, Luke was the Head of Operations at BennBridge UK for nearly two years. In this capacity, he managed a team of four, led the setup of a US Collective Investment Trust, and chaired the firm’s Valuation Committee. He also played a pivotal role in liquidating a boutique and transforming Cayman funds with sanctioned assets into a “zombie” state. His responsibilities extended to writing a white paper for the Global CEO on implementing a Global Order Management System and investigating process efficiencies related to the US move to T+1 settlement.
Before his tenure at BennBridge UK, Luke was an Operations Manager at the same firm, where he co-managed the Operations team, set up the UCITS ICAV platform, and implemented Bloomberg FXGO and TSOX for electronic execution of FX and Fixed Income products. His skills in VBA were instrumental in creating macros for performance reporting and management fee calculations.
Luke’s career began at Credit Suisse, where he held roles including Operations Analyst and Operations Control and Risk Intern. At Credit Suisse, he successfully completed the Cabot Control project, identified process latencies in OTC Documentation, and created Excel macros that saved significant time for his team

Christophe Rivoire worked for more than 25 years in the Fixed Income industry and spent more than 20 years working for HSBC in Europe and in the US. Educated at the Paris Dauphine University, Christophe gained a Master degree in Mathematics Applied to Economics in 1992 and the DESS 203 on International Financial Markets which he achieved just a year later in 1993.
Christophe started his career at Louis Dreyfus Finance before joining HSBC in 1998. He was initially based in Paris where he was part of the European Rates team before becoming Head of Euro Rates activity in 2006. In 2010, he moved to the US to take the reponsibility of the North America Rates trading activity before moving to London in 2015 to take the Global responsibility of the Vanilla Rates trading.
